delivery and returns

DELIVERY: We offer combined postage so, no matter how much you buy, you only pay a one off flat rate postage and packing cost of £7.60. All jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Next Day Delivery Service. This requires your signature on arrival and insures your item while it goes through the postal system, even allowing you to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. All orders are usually dispatched within 2-10 working days of receiving your order and full payment. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will inform you of any delay. Please note during busy periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly increased. If you need something really quickly, please contact us. Orders will only be sent once payment has been received. Shipments sent outside the EU may be subject to import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION: You can cancel an order by e-mail or phone. If the item has already been posted the refund policy below applies. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns (except on bespoke or altered items) within 10 days of your receiving your jewellery. You will receive a full refund (minus postage costs) within 30 days, provided that goods are returned to us in the original packaging and unworn condition within 10 days. Please use Registered Mail and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for loss during transit.
